One of my art goals for 2022 is to continue with the online art classes with Acrylic University. Last year I only attended the first 4 lessons of 52 lessons with Jed Dorsey. No worries as the classes are available to me forever.

Soon to Be Guacamole is the first of 52 lessons with Dianna Shyne through Acrylic University. The introductory lessons with Dianna were very helpful. I ordered supplies that I needed.

This was painted on a wooden board. I prepped a bunch of 6″ x 6″ boards with Golden GAC 100. The next day I painted some of the boards with black gesso, some with gray gesso, and some with white gesso.

Baby Blue Eyes (Nemophila menziesii) is a wild flower in some places. In our yard it is a delicacy for field mice. They love to gather it to line their nests. I love its cobalt blue color.
